Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to spearhead our Trade & Project Sales division for Decorative Veneers & Engineered Wooden Flooring in Indore.
- This role entails a comprehensive range of responsibilities from distributor and wholesaler management to project sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Distribution Network Management:
- Identify new distributors, wholesalers, and direct dealers in the region, fostering communication channels and generating sales leads.
- Strategize and execute distribution network expansion initiatives, addressing both existing network optimization and identifying gaps for further penetration.
Sales Performance Optimization:
- Maintain a balance between primary sales and secondary sales, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Manage schemes effectively, both at primary and secondary levels, while adhering to quantity and value targets brand-wise.
Market Understanding:
- Develop a deep understanding of pricing structures, discount frameworks, product quality, and unique selling points (USPs).
- Familiarity with payment terms (credit/cash) and ensuring the security of funds is essential.
BTL Activities & Marketing:
- Oversee Below-the-Line (BTL) activities including in-shop displays, wall paintings, shutter branding, flex banners, dealer certificates, POP displays, cutter distribution, and carpenter gifts.
- Organize dealer meets and visits to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
Influencer Engagement:
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, carpenters, and builders to drive brand awareness and preference.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers to support the trade team in achieving sales objectives.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Adopt a proactive approach to the market, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the building materials or interior design industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.
