JOB OUTPUT - Project Sales Manager

To manage the Paint business in the given territory / area to meet volume and Net Sales Value budget on a monthly basis. To establish close contacts with all key customers, specifiers and project in-charges as assigned by Company.

KEY PROCESSES :

a. Net Sales Value & volume - by managing proper product mix as per budget.

b. Number of projects won and lost.

c. New customers added during the year.

d. Satisfactory contacts with Architects, Builders, Contractors, PMCs & Institutions.

e. Proper planning & Timely reporting as per agreement with Senior.

f. Ensuring Project Tracker is updated and monthly MIS to be submitted.

Education :

Any Graduate with full time MBA.

Practical Experience :

- 8+ years Sales experience in Building products / construction industry

- Direct selling and channel partner selling management.
