- Meeting with builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team on brand,
- To maintain focus on CLS and To ascertain the need of builder and to offer minimum 2 3 CLS options within the standard budgets / cost estimates of the projects to builders
- To pitch excluded vertical to the builder where CLS is not offered as a standard package
- To introduce and promote new products launched by the company
- To identify the projects to promote new products
- To educate key decision makers of identified projects on new products, their features, USPs etc.
- To make offer of new products to the identified projects
- To ensure customer care support given to projects during construction
- To coordinate with customer care to organize service camps at projects sites
- To carry out sales promotional activities at projects sites wherever committees
- To train builders sales staff on CLS
- To distribute catalogues & display hoardings at projects sites
- To bring builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team to OC
- To bring builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team to plant
- To build relationship with builders and handover gifts to them on specific occasion.
