We are currently looking for a Manager- Project Sales for one of the topmost Architectural Hardware and access solutions MNCs in the world. The position is to be based in Mumbai.

The company is active in over 50 countries and has a presence, through both production sites and distribution and service offices, in all relevant markets.

- Automatics Complete Doors (Framed/ Curved / Telescopic / Revolving.)

- Movable Wall/Partitions: Variflex , Skyfold

- Fire Door, related hardware and Exit Devices

- Electronic Lock and Devices

- Manual Doors: Wooden and Glass

KRAs

The purpose of the role is to ensure sales and manage relationship with our Key t customers and with architects, interior designers, builders, to generate avenues for further business. Maintain and grow volume and value share. To take an active role in promoting the brand with both customers & consumers. Executing activation and marketing activities

Job Profile:

Prospecting and acquisition and preparing product and service offers for the Customers. Ensuring product and service delivery as per agreements. Maintaining and monitoring key metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction. Tracking competitors and developing in-depth market intelligence and suggesting action plans. Coordinating with cross functions like supply chain and finance

- Responsible for developing Project Segment in the assigned region.

- Responsible for identification, appointment & establishment of builder merchant network.

- Maintaining excellent relations with architects, interior designers, builders, to generate avenues for further business.

- Planning strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimise revenue by meeting Architects, Builders, Contractors etc.

- Liasioning with the client, targeted Retail & project customer,and promoting the company product line to achieve the sales target for the company.

- Project costing and presentations to architects, client to improve our brand imaging and product profile. - Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical / channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.

- Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements

- Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with customers and partners

- Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool

- Responsible to work in close coordination with marketing team with regards to promotion, product launches, etc.

- Provide market and competitor information to Territory Manager, Country Sales Manager & Marketing team

- Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the company's code of conduct

- Responsible to generate opportunities for cross divisional sales

Managerial and Coordination Requirements:

- Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical / channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.

- Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements

- Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with DORM A customers and partners

- Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool

- Responsible to work in close coordination with marketing team with regards to promotion, product launches, etc.

- Provide market and competitor information to Territory Manager, Country Sales Manager & Marketing team

- Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the company's code of conduct.

- Responsible to generate opportunities for cross divisional sales.

Experience & qualifications :

- Graduate, preferably Engineer (although not mandatory), with Strong Experience in Project sales.

- Should have excellent relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors

Salary : Around Rs. 15.0-16.0 LPA (Although not a limiting factor)

Location : Mumbai
