- Led Program & Delivery Team for clients.

- Assist in the evaluation and procurement of new and existing tools/applications by presenting written reports and briefing senior management on analysis results and recommendations.

- Fulfill the key performance metrics & contractually agreed on requirements.

- Creating a strategic planning plan and laying a full wide scope of the budget, and annual achievable goals

- Ability to manage multiple projects and develop & implement a project plan to ensure timely delivery and quality.

- Developed strategies and risk& impact assessment to tailor delivery to meet business objectives.

- Convert requirements into tasks and determine task priorities for individual team members and the project.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project requirements according to the scope of the project.

- Gather data & define the Business and Users' Needs, Functional and non-functional requirements for a specific project.

- Creating project deliverables Business Cases, Project Charters, Work Schedules, Resource Requirement & management, Stakeholder Registers, Gantt Charts, etc. using MS Projects

- Working and coordinating with the vendors for cost estimations for solutions and contract negotiations

- Conduct Post project implementation acceptance and requirements reviews.

- Furthermore, analyze the gaps and impacts.

- Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.

- Development of project documentation with vendor and legal teams such as NDA, SoW, SLA, MSA, and Management of the formal project lifecycle and legal documentation.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Experience of 10-15 years in Project Management & Program Management/ Client management/ Engagement Management and/or Service Delivery & Client facing experience.

2. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous, fast pace, constantly changing environments.

4. Experience with project management, and/or program management and data analysis.

5. Experience managing multiple teams, small and large in a matrix environment.

6. Experience managing both strategic work and detailed tactical work.

7. Must be highly detail-oriented and strong capability to multi-task.

8. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

9. Demonstrated excellence in analysis, problem-solving, and effective communication.

10. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

11. Strong team orientation, communication, creative and analytical skills.

12. Strong presentation skills.

13. Team Player & Team Handling ability.
