We are looking for interested candidates to join our Transport, Mobility & Logistics (TLM) practice Manager, Market Intelligence and Analytics (MIA) vertical for exciting consulting projects in Transport Mobility and Logistic sector. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in project management, cost estimation, bidding, and rate analysis within the infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on highways and bridges.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation through execution and completion.
- Coordinate with cross- functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Due Diligence:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for highway and bridge projects.
- Analyze technical, financial, and operational aspects of potential projects.
Cost Estimation:
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for highways and bridges.
- Utilize industry- standard methodologies to ensure accurate and reliable estimates.
Bidding and Tendering:
- Manage the end- to- end bidding process, including pre- bid meetings and tender documentation.
- Develop competitive and compliant bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements and specifications.
Rate Analysis:
- Perform detailed rate analysis for various construction activities and materials.
- Ensure that rate analysis aligns with industry standards and market conditions.
Tender Estimation:
- Prepare and review tender estimates for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.
Pavement Engineering:
- Conduct pavement analysis and design for highway projects.
- Utilize best practices and innovative solutions to optimize pavement performance and longevity.
Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present project findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of overall experience in the infrastructure sector.
- 5 to 6 years of specific experience in highways and bridges.
