Project Finance : Activities for securing debt. Financing arrangements, Debt - Equity, Various Compliances under the Financing Agreements, Other commercial agreements, managing lenders & the advisors

Be responsible for :

- Discussions with Lenders, Finalization of Term Sheet / Financing Documents

- Managing the requirements from Advisors - Lender's Legal Advisors, Insurance Advisors others

- Other related activities incidental for the financing of the projects

- Compliances for the Financing Agreements, other requirements, Other agreements - BG, LC, BC etc

- Collaborate closely with various teams

- Meeting the requirements for Draw down - Equity & Debt

- Hedging (if any)
