Job Description:

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and sustain relationships with clients in the project finance sector.

- Understand client objectives and provide strategic financial advice.

Financial Analysis and Due Diligence:

- Analyze project proposals, including risk assessment and feasibility studies.

- Assess project risks and propose appropriate financing structures and mitigation strategies.

Structuring and Negotiation:

- Design financing solutions tailored to project requirements and regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare financing proposals and negotiate terms with clients.

Credit Assessment and Risk Management:

- Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers and project sponsors.

- Perform credit analysis and implement risk mitigation measures.

Relationship Management:

- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

- Communicate regularly with clients and external partners to support project execution.

Portfolio Management and Monitoring:

- Oversee the performance of the project finance portfolio.

- Identify and address potential risks, and present performance reports to senior management.

Ideal candidates should be a qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance

Experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or corporate banking, preferably within an NBFC or a financial institution.
