About our Client - Our client is a global leader in pharmaceutical and health care products, with operations across 50 countries. They are a well-established brand in India, known for their strong working culture and unique pipeline of products. They seek an exceptional Project Finance Manager for an upcoming project in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, you will define project scope, conduct feasibility studies to determine financial viability of new ventures and project cash flow & growth opportunities. Your responsibilities include:

- Evaluate capital investment proposals and calculate project /dividend IRR's, DSCR's, Sensitivity analysis etc.

- Develop project plan and recommended deliverables and milestones

- Prepare, monitor and ensure cash flows, fund flows, Profitability Statements, IRRs, Payback periods, DSCRs, projected profitability and other financial parameters / reports to analyze inflow / outflow of funds and profits/surplus resulting thereof

- Compile and prepare cost and performance reports as per cost accounting records rule (CARR), cost benefit analysis and critical analysis of cost reports; recommending necessary corrective actions.

- Liaise closely with regional/corporate finance function to ensure timely communication, compliance and consistency

- Liaise with regulatory authorities for sanctions & approvals.

- Work within an Integrated Project Team (working with other functions, Operations and specialist Advisers, vendors) to provide specialist project and structured finance advice and to deliver, negotiate and close deals.

- Work with project directors to provide financing support to manage the development of new sectors and markets.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in handling Green Field projects and large plant startups in the FMCG/consumer goods. You are required to take full ownership and accountability for your work and act as a true business partner. You will have demonstrated excellence in handling multiple internal and external stakeholders.
