Manager - Project Engineering

- Assist Project Manager to establish a project team for new projects, including engineers, cost controller, planner, coordinator, etc. and lead the team to implement the project and make sure the project will be executed in accord with company requirement on quality, cost and schedule.

- Responsible for planning, scheduling and budgeting for projects and project groups.

- Manage interfaces with internal clients to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of project

- Prepare and implement Project Execution and Contracting Strategies.

- Assist in setting up and negotiate major contracts for project execution and purchases in collaboration with Technical procurement team.

- Co-ordinate with third parties, local government bodies, or contractors.
