Project Engagement Manager - Information Risk Management (IRM)

One of the leading Captive Unit is hiring for Senior Professionals from Information Risk Management background

- The IRM Function will provides policies, procedures and controls for prevention and protection measures, such as firewalls, user access, and encryption

- The function also includes an advanced Security Operations Centre (SOC) and forensics department to detect and respond to incidents.

The Job mainly involves :

- To lead the team on the information security reviews of projects to ensure that these meet the required security, architectural & design principles.

- To Manage the complete information security reviews and design effectiveness tests/reviews out as per required guidelines

- Ensure ongoing compliance with all requirements and guidelines during and after completion of project engagements.

- Support and involve in the development of new tools to support IRM processes

- Should be growing the team from 10 to 50 Members in next 2 years

Minimum Qualifications :

- A qualification in CISSP, CISA, CRISC or CISM

- Legal & Regulatory Compliance (to include, but not limited to Trade Controls, SOX/FCM, Data Privacy, Records Management) preferable

- ITIL preferable.

- Certified LEAN practitioner preferable.

Experience Requirements :

- Must have prior exp in Information Security and lead teams across the globe

- Good understanding of IT Controls, Risk Management, Security Standards, Legal Compliance etc..

- Good understanding of, and experience with Information Risk Management, Business (IT) Controls and project delivery.

- Should be having experience in Process Improvement - Lean, KAIZEN etc

- Visionary with excellent communication skills, who will be instrumental in working in IRM space
