Roles & Responsibilities:  - Responsible for building and operational compliance requirements for the management.  - Liaison with Legal, Real Estate, Project Teams and compliance consultants to ensure timely compliance.  - Responsible for ensuring guidance regarding the policies and practices due to change in Country / State / Local laws.  - Responsible for the RE, Projects, Facilities and operations team & ensure the compliance's in place before launch of operations.  - Responsible for Inspection/ renewal of licenses, etc. for existing firms.  - Coordinate with the Vendors for their interactions with regulatory authorities.  - Proactively engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure practices are compliant to Country / State law requirements.  - Ensure Compliance Agenda is incorporated in the plan and compliant to the respective state legal requirements.
