- We are specifically looking for someone who has good amount of experience / exposure in handling Change Management / Process Transition ;Business Transformation / Organizational Change/Process PMO.

Location: Navi Mumbai

Work Experience: 6 to 12 Years

- The Office of Program & Change will be leading transition of delivery and governance through the set up phase and thereafter.

- The individual will be responsible for establishing and running the Office Program & Change with the objective of ensuring all activities are delivered using a - best-practice delivery approach and within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

The individual will support Process Leads and Team Leads during change management and implementing any initiatives.

The incumbent will:

- Support design, mobilization and delivery of activities, managing work across dimensions of Program and Change Management

- Identify required resources, assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, build mutual trust and encourage cooperation among team members

- Support designing of MIS requirements and define KRAs and KPIs as well as retained organization

- Manage risk identification and mitigation actions
