AOP Manpower Review & Employee Requisition Validation :
- Conduct Review of AOP Manpower Projections by businesses based on the available data through analysis, discussions with HODs / Job Holders
- Provide recommendations and take sign -off from business CEO / HODs
- Employee Requisition Validation
- Gather Data (Organization Str & Job activities, frequency /activity)
- One-on-One Interaction with Job Holder / Manager to understand the job complexities & environment
Conduct Organization Design & Manpower Studies :
- Initial discussion with the concerned Functional Head to understand the scope
- Initial Data Collection - Understanding the content, frequency of the job / organization structures / process data / activity sheets etc.
- Field Study - Interaction with job holder, HODs, stakeholders / scanning of work environment for quality & process improvement / validate the data provided initially / process flow chart / time motion study / work sampling
- Data Analysis - Time motion study / work sampling / analytical estimation to arrive at an estimated time / calculation of work content and engagement level
- Provide Recommendations - Report discussions with WD Team / BHR - Preparation of draft report
- Discussions with HODs & Finalization with CEO
Educational Qualifications
BE / B-Tech - Industrial Engineering
MBA Preferable
