Key Performance Areas :

- Monthly Production planning for Factory and 3Ps

- Planning of RM/PM Procurement after Running the MRP

- Planning of Export Shipments

- New 3Ps identification and activation as per Business Requirement NPD execution & Planning

Job Summary :

- To prepare weekly production plans and to ensure implementation of those plans in coordination with external agencies.

Responsibility Area Functions :

- Production Plans - Making of average/weekly production plan net of forecasting error

- Production skew planned.

- Issuing of procurement plan giving lead time to purchase

- Timely notice of changes in production /dispatch plans to all concerned functions.

- Provide plan to production based on capacity and demand.

- Follow up - Follow up with Production to ensure that production is being carried out as per plan.

- Resolution of problems and issues faced by production while working as per plan.

- Report Generation - Generates different kinds of reports related to planning data and implementation of plan.

- Coordination - Coordination with external agencies such as Marketing, Factories and Packaging to facilitate the implementation of the Production Plan.

- Coordinates with Distribution in order to make necessary changes in the Production plan as per sales.

- Inventory Management - Ensuring average inventory as days of sale is with the target range
