Production/ Operations Manager (BOPP FILMS)

- Managing complete Quality and Technical operations of the Incoming raw materials (BOPET/BOPP for Conversion), Printing, Lamination, Extrusion Coating Lamination Extrusion Blown Film 05-layer, Slitting, Pouching, Online/ Offline Inspection, Customer services & Product Developments with regard to packaging.

- Develop new product through carrying out synthesis as per the customer needs and helping sales team by interacting directly to the customers to ensure required quality of BOPET/BOPP/CPP/Poly Laminates.

- Involve in analyzing the research data and scientific reports for the specific projects with the help of state-of-the-art analytical instruments to come up with the detailed outcome and paper on relevant fields

- Direct involvement with customer to cross validate the quality of developed product as per product safety guidelines and to assure the consumer satisfaction.

- Attend Customer Feedback / Complaints and addressing them.

- Periodically Measure the Customer Satisfaction / Dissatisfaction.

- Attending Customer Visit/complaint providing proper solution for problems encountered at Customer end FFS m/c line.

- Ensuring the QMS/FSMS Standard should be followed on regular basis.

- Conducts monthly CAPA Meeting & discussing the Technical issue with Team members.

- Executing continuous improvement measures for increasing reliability of the production line.

- Effectuating methods to meet work schedules. Maintaining cross-functional coordination for ascertaining viability of production schedules and requesting additional production days for meeting targets.

- Adhering to ISO 9001:2008.ISO22000:2005 & BRCGS-IOP process standards; maintaining relevant audit documentation QMS/FSMS and Customer Audit records

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE with Minimum 5-7 Years of Significant track record of production/manufacturing management experience gained within BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) films is a prerequisite.

2. Candidate should be a strategic, analytical and innovative thinker and excellent problem solver used to deploying lean six sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.

3. Should be able to guide the Team in all aspects of BOPP Film Processing, Customer Issues and management of industry.
