Manager - Production - Metal/Building Material

Candidates from Cement/Plaster Board/Ply Board/Paints/Gypsum Boards shall be preferred.

To ensure the production process of the board line & Metal line is being maintained as per the standards

Summary of Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible for production team & managing operations at the site

- Ensuring that production targets are met & exceeded

- To coordinate with Maint department for preventive & Time based maintenance

- Motivate the team for achieving the set targets

- Identify & Lead various improvement projects

- Capex management & follow-up with respective departments to make sure capex are completed as per schedule

- Coordination with purchase & supply chain for RM management

- Ensuring the warehouse for RM, Intermediate & FG are well arranged & maintained

- To ensure that the team understands the safety value & absorbs the same in their day to day activities

- Troubleshooting of process problems
