Manager - Production - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Production Manager for one of the Large MNC FMCG.

A Female, BE/Btech ( Mech. / Chemical ) with 2-3 years of post qualification experience in Ops/ Production / Manufacturing in a FMCG / Automobile environment is mandatory.

KRA's :

- Responsible for overall operations at own site, 3P units and Warehouses

- Alignment of Factory targets in line with organization supply chain strategic framework

- Responsible for delivering on volume commitments and customer service targets

- Responsible for delivering Safety, health & environment targets and developing safety culture at site

- Responsible for delivering on Quality parameters and developing quality culture at site

- Employee engagement and motivation

- Maintaining good industrial relations

- Driving TPM, manufacturing excellence and World class manufacturing Agenda

- Stake holder management - Statutory, local bodies

- Internal stakeholder management
