Manager - Production Costing - Engineering/Manufacturing Industry - CMA/ICWA

Responsibilities for this position include :

- Promote deeper understanding of cost drivers across Development, Sourcing, Marketing and Finance through ongoing formal and informal communication

- Represent Sourcing costing on specific projects and coordinating tasks

- Develop and lead an audit process for the entire footwear sourcing base to determine whether the most important controls are operating as intended and to ensure CBD accuracy in accordance to predefined standards and negotiated components as outlined with the new costing approach

- Train and support Merchandising teams and T1s in the understanding and application of cost drivers

- Introduce SMVs as a critical costing input of the Costing Framework and establish SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) where necessary

- Interact with senior management, as needed, on price negotiations, approval of any cost changes

- Provide required data, and data analysis to senior management in order to facilitate price negotiations on final costs for finished shoes and components

- Drives and manages standardization projects within the LO

- Seasonally collect and analyse LO costing data to support the Product Costing team with relevant information to help with prioritization, benchmarking, comparison and to provide the team with a big picture view of Costing levers and relevant information

- Create and provide key functional reporting, Target FOB achievement, productivity achievement, Factory CBD accuracy, etc)

Qualifications :

- CMA / ICWA Passed

- From any Manufacturing Industry
