Job Title: Manager Production Pigment Manufacturing (Chemical Company).

Location: Silvassa.

Company: One of our esteem Pigments & chemical manufacturing client.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Production to oversee the pigment manufacturing operations at our chemical company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production processes, ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and leading a team of production staff to meet production targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the pigment manufacturing production process.

- Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the production area.

- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance and quality standards.

- Coordinate with other departments such as R&D, Quality Control, and Maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.

- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials for production.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

- Proven experience in pigment manufacturing or related chemical manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies in the chemical industry.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in chemical manufacturing.

- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.

- Exposure to Pigment Industry is must.
