Manager - Production - Beverage Industry

Education: Engineering Graduate/PostGraduate (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)-Full Time Only

Experience: 15 years (10+ yrs in Production)

Looking for candidates from any Manufacturing industries/FMCG/Packaging.

- To Improve the production, productivity & achieve the target fixed by the management.

- To lead production planning from the unit's objectives and ensure that production happens on time and as per plan

- To ensure that volume production targets during the season and nonseason is as per plans

- To plan the resources for production in relation to costs and productivity norms

- Responsible for ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 18001, EXIM & HACCP implementation that includes clearly defined responsibilities.

- Planning of all equipment maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.

- Ensuring all types of equipment in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & good Mechanical Efficiency

- To ensure that the quality of the beverage manufactured is as per standards through establishment and review of quality systems
