Location : Pithampur, Indore(MP)
- Responsible for timely production planning while ensuring maximum usage of capacity and effective utilization of the resources.
- Responsible for supervising & controlling overall production operations & implementing measures for efficiency & productivity Improvements.
- Responsible for achievements of the targeted outputs.
- Analyze regular plan vs actual and record deviations and reasons. Implement corrective actions and take initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of quality to avoid/reduce Customer complaints about the product
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Implement and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) as an integral part of a hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) system
- Responsible for supervising and ensuring the Hygiene maintenance as per USFDA standards
- Retain the A Grade in the BRC audit
- Utilize innovative Manufacturing strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
- Maintaining a strong communication chain between different divisions in order to receive inquiries about status of materials, requisition, dispatch information and delivery status
- Ensure safe work environment through implementation of safety awareness programs
- Foresee potential problems before they happen and take timely action.
- Strong Experience in Manufacturing.
- Problem Solving Approach.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Management System.
- Experience in Production Planning.
- Production Experience in Agri commodities.
- Should be willing to work at shop floor level.
- Excellent Team Management Skills.
Education : BE/B.TECH - Mechanical
