Manager - Production

Indicative Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and customer demands.

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficiency.

- Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize productivity.

- Lead, train, and supervise production staff to ensure a high level of performance and motivation.

- Establish and maintain a positive work environment conducive to teamwork and collaboration.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Education/Experience:

Requirements:

1. Post-Graduate degree in Plastic Technology or related field.

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the plastics sector.

Preferred age: 35 - 40 years.

- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and leading teams.

- Strong technical knowledge of production processes and machinery used in PVC/WPC sheet manufacturing.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving production targets.
