Purpose of Role: Ensure effective technical support for Field Service Engineers on all products in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Role Summary: This job includes providing guidance and support to the service team for all technical related queries / concerns and effective resolution of concerns in coordination with Quality Assurance / R&D team.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
1. Should have sound technical knowledge related to products / aggregates.
2. Should be effective in handling huge database and extremely strong on analytical and statistical tools.
3. Should possess good coordination skills to resolve the Field concerns with the support of R&D / QA & Field Service.
4. Should have a strong leadership skills and a good personality.
5. He should be familiar with the Manufacturing process and Quality Standards.
6. Should have hands on experience of SAP, PLM, DMS, 7QC tools…etc.
7. He should possess good track records in terms of achievement and able to deliver at highly pressure environment.
8. Should be good at quality concern resolution process.
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal, team building and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Warranty procedures with systematic approach
- Excellent problem solving ,decision making and analytical abilities
- Should be good in Managerial & Leadership skills.
Technical
- 10 years’ experience in Warranty administration (Automobile) & Product concern resolution process.
Role Specifications:
Essential- Desirable
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech- (Mech / Auto)
Experience - Around 10 years of relevant experience.
Other Requirements - Should have excellent managerial / coordination skills for effective Field concern resolution.
