FUNCTION: ICS

BASED AT / LOCATION: Bangalore, Chennai.

POSITION TITLE / ROLE: Product Sales Specialist (PSS) - ICS

LEVEL: C (Manager)

Broad Role Description:

Cloud based products are gaining momentum in SMB segment. The challenge is that most of these products are designed for DIY model and customer is supposed to try and learn through experience. SMB's do not have time for this and hence we at company wants to solve this pain for SMB's. The PSS role is very strategic for overall growth of ICS business.

Candidate will be responsible for product support /sales revenue in his/her assigned territory or customer accounts.

Candidate is expected to specialize in depth on assigned products. Candidate must develop a subject matter expertise in the assigned category of products. Candidate is expected to meet customers, make product value propositions, demo to customer and support sales team in deal closure.

Key Role Deliverables -

- Work with the Regional Sales team to explore opportunities for the assigned products for assigned and open logos Product demo to customer as and when needed.

- Candidate will be responsible for product sales revenue in his/her assigned territory or customer accounts.

- Candidate is expected to specialize in depth on assigned products. Candidate must develop a subject matter expertise in the assigned category of products. Candidate is expected to meet customers, make product value propositions, demo to customer and support sales team in deal closure.

Right Person (Qualification & Experience):

- An Engineering Graduate

Exp: Min 5-8 years for Manager

- Strong technical commercial knowledge & experience of assigned products

At least 3 years of selling /pre-sales experience in any one category below

- Azure

- AWS

- GCP

- Online learning ability

- Hand on with tool demo's

- Advance level understanding of technology landscape, products and trends

- Understanding of customer segment and key use case to create opportunity

- Technically aware with a Sales mindset / Consultative Selling

- Specialization and certification will be an added advantage

- Training & Facilitation skills

- Communication & presentation skill

- Learning mindset and technically curious
