In 2018, the company has raised $13.5 million in its latest round of funding to be used for further investment in product innovation and geographical expansion.

As the Manager - Product Research & Prototyping, youwill be expected to drive dramatic improvement in the product through extensive prototyping and research.

What you will do:

- Spending hands-on time in classroom/ with key stakeholders and capturing key problem statement from multiple point of view - academic, implementation, value proposition and brand aspects

- Researching for key and latest evidence to develop a prototype solution statement and articulating key learnings

- Focusing on the academic part of the solution statement and articulating key interventions for dramatic learning improvement

- Communicating the problem statement and solution statement with other team members and collaborating to improve the solution

- Developing guidelines for the solution implementation and transferring to content/ops/tech/other teams

- Evangelising the product to internal team members and external stakeholders

What you need to know/have:

- TFI/Gandhi fellowship preferred but not mandatory

- 1-5 years of classroom teaching experience

- Experience in Content Development for primary grades (any of Maths / Science / Social / English)

- Collaboration experience as part of a team

- Should have significant classroom teaching experience and want to be part of a multidisciplinary product development

Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 9,00,000
