We Have an openings for Manager Product Planning & Strategy with one of our Leading Automobile Client @ Hyderabad location.

Job Profile: Product Planning & Strategy

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 7- 12 Years of Experience in Product Planning Department

Qualification: B.Tech/ MBA

Major Areas of Responsibility:

- Providing inputs to R&D for future Strategy regarding vehicle line up, power train line up & Indian specific features.

- Providing inputs to R&D for new product proposals with specific emphasis on specifications, features, unique sales points.

- Conduct Market & competition analysis, understand customer requirements & track product performance to initiate product changes/improvements.

- Planning of Product excitements like LTD Editions, Facelifts, variants, model year for retaining freshness in brand & sustaining customer’s interest.

- Interact with parent office location for seeking approvals on all products related proposals and strategies.

- Initiate, coordinate and be involved in consulting engagements of top tier consulting.

- Capturing customer voice for ensuring continuous improvement in products.

- Regular presentation on market environments to Senior Management.

- Leading, Mentoring and monitoring performance of the team to ensure efficiency in business operations, meeting of individual and group targets.

- Good Interpersonal, analytical and communication skills are required.
