Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch to ongoing optimization.
- Identify new product opportunities, features, and enhancements to improve customer experience and competitive advantage.
- Aware of market research to understand customer segments, competitors, and industry trends related to prepaid card products
- Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions, pricing strategies, and positioning.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining key milestones, features, and timelines.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on the product based on feedback and data.
- Develop effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, and solutions for Corporate clients.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure smooth product development, integration, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners & Banks, and vendors.
- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and customer support to continuously improve the product.
- Proactively identify potential risks and challenges related to the prepaid card product, including fraud prevention and security concerns.
- Work with the relevant teams to implement risk mitigation measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales, customer service, and support, to enhance their understanding of the prepaid card product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on payment products or prepaid cards.
- Strong understanding of the Indian financial services market, regulatory landscape, and customer preferences.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovation-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
