Product Marketing Manager - Online Grocery Platform About the Role : As the lead of Growth &amp; Retention, you will envision and execute (build products) on the strategy of growing the Company's grocery business and its customer base all over India. What You'll Do :&nbsp; - You'll be responsible for owning the growth &amp; retention roadmap and executing that by aligning product roadmap, Marketing activities (both acquisition &amp; retention) &amp; Category led interventions. - You will be part of the leadership team at and be part of the group strategically steering the company in the right direction. In this Role, You'll Get to: - Drive business-level vision by providing strategic context to product roadmaps - Implement competitive analysis and develop actionable insights on our markets and business trends, and disseminate this knowledge across Agoda to make key decisions - Set up operational processes and help our leaders run the business skillfully, which includes clarifying accountability, putting structure and framework, as well as seeing through business-critical success metrics What You'll Need : - Minimum 8 years of experience delivering and managing successful and innovative customer-facing tech products - You have past experience in a growth product role with extensive experimentation, lifecycle management, and funnel optimization. - You have experience setting team strategy, defining OKRs, and driving the planning process for a product portfolio. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Acute attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision and hands on mentality - Customer first obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our user's problems. - Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of analytical excellence, strategic mindset, and business acumen. Minimum qualifications: - Masters degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role at a leading organization, Marketing, Program Management, Strategy Consulting or related field. - Experience in leading and managing a team. - Experience managing strategic projects through the complete life cycle.
