Manager- Product Marketing
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Marketing Management: Plan & Execute all Marketing activities play a central role in managing the overall marketing program through various distributed functional teams
2. GTM: Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
3. Planning and Organizing: Write detailed plans for new product launches and manage the implementation of launch plans
4. Callout Ideation: Translate technical details into benefits for the user
5. Creatives & POSM: Oversee the ideation, design & production of all sales materials, including presentations, blog posts, advertisements, and social media posts
6. Competitor Awareness: Should have good product knowledge & understand competitor strategies
7. Customer Voice: Primary Research and analysis and understanding of the customer need.
8. Performance Analysis: Analyze new and existing marketing programs to determine the effect on sales and augment marketing strategies as necessary
9. Team Management: Lead a team of high-performing Product Marketers (3 team members) & work with other marketing leads mainly Digital, PR, ATL Media Buy, Design, Retail & Channel Marketing.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS APART FROM THE ABOVE WOULD BE:- Qualification: MBA - Marketing or any graduate with relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager/Brand Manager
- Product Knowledge: Interest in Technology & good knowledge of IT products.
- Strong Hold on Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, SEM/Google Ads/Social
