Product Management :
- Managing entire Product Lifecycle
- Taking care of Product Packaging across SKU's . Packaging designing with the help design team.
- New product launches keeping existing products in mind.
- Keeping product quality as per the specifications. Doing benchmarking study before launch of any new product.
- Improvisation of existing products with the help of the operation and design team.
- Maintaining a price grid/mix for all regions to make quick decisions.
- Keeping ideal stock of collaterals in place (Price list, Danglers, Leaflets, posters, estimate pads etc.- )
ATL/BTL Activities:
- Allocating budget for ATL & BTL keeping sales, profitability and brand building in mind.
- Making region wise annual BTL plan. Making ATL plans with the help of the marketing team and agency.
- Deciding source of advertising by which company get better mileage and more brand recall.
