Required Skillset :
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, banking marketing, product/program management, loyalty programs
- Extensive experience in product, program, and/or project management in leading cross- functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services in e-commerce, banking, internet products or related fields.
- Good consumer understanding and an ability to translate consumer insights to profitable product offerings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create a compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for revenue projections, profitability models
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
- Must have the bias for action and a strong work ethic.
