Role Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with demonstrated ability to drive Marketing initiatives for Liabilities portfolio across Mass and Mid-Market segments.
- The role holder will need to drive portfolio specific strategies, plan and deliver intended outcomes.
- S/he will work cross-functionally to ensure KPIs are tightly aligned with overall marketing & business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:
- Have a deep understanding of business priorities and plan marketing interventions for the Liabilities portfolio
- Work cross-functionally across marketing, business verticals, creative and media agencies to drive engagement and outcomes for key Liabilities segments
- Create go-to-market plan for new product launches Competitive awareness and Insights
- Remain updated of emerging themes and identify opportunities to leverage
- Use actionable insights and leverage analytics tools to build a continuous improvement culture Execution focus
- Manage monthly campaign calendar for existing customers
- Management of customer onboarding and customer lifecycle management in partnership with Product and Marketing team stakeholders
- Support on-ground acquisition activities through Marketing interventions and complement performance marketing efforts
- Optimise landing pages and communications through A/B testing and insights generated through Adobe Analytics Governance
- Manage monthly campaign calendar for existing customers
- Ensure communications adhere to brand guidelines
Knowledge & Experience:
Knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-graduate; MBA from a top B-School will be preferred
Skills:
- Should possess a keen creative eye and analytical skills
- Experience with A/B testing
- Hands on experience of Digital Marketing and Content Marketing will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic team
- Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends
- Experience on Adobe Marketing Cloud tools will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Years of Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in BFSI industry
- Nature of Experience: Hands on marketing experience in a leadership role in a BFSI organisation
