Product Marketing Manager - Upto 40 Lpa

- Create new or further evolve existing marketing strategies to drive sales growth opportunities for Rupifi.

- Develop deep market, customer & user insight to inform the portfolio roadmap and business & marketing strategies

- Develop go to market strategies for new products features in collaboration with the marketing and product leadership team

- Use customer research and feedback from sales teams to develop customer personas; understand and market the product benefits to the specific audiences.

- Collaborate with the enterprise and inside sales teams to segment and target customers

- Effectively work with cross-functional partners including product, operations and sales to deliver marketing strategies that meet defined business objectives

- Lead efforts to validate future product and feature concepts through customer interviews, research and analysis of user data

- Track and report relevant metrics that measure the effectiveness of the marketing strategy, campaigns, and initiatives, and analyze performance for insights.

- Set and own growth goals, report on progress and learnings to leadership teams

- Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives that help advance the business

- Build and lead customer marketing programs. Engage in on-going dialog with customers.

Requirements of the Senior Manager/Manager, Product Marketing :

- Bachelor's or Master's in business/marketing or related discipline

- 4+ years of working in demand generation, marketing communications and product marketing experience, preferably in a related industry (financial services, payments, enterprise SaaS)

- Demonstrated experience in enterprise marketing in a B2B setting

- Creative, resourceful, detail oriented, with a result driven ability to independently oversee multiple projects simultaneously

- Proactive problem solver and motivated self-starter with strategic growth expertise

- Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
