Recruiterflow is a bootstrapped and profitable SaaS startup working with 1000+ recruitment agencies and 10,000+ recruiters globally. We are a CRM built for recruitment agencies that helps them be more productive. We have been focusing on revenue and profitability before it became cool.

We're on the hunt for a Product marketing manager to develop and execute marketing launches to increase awareness and drive revenue. If you're a passionate experienced B2B product marketer with demonstrable success in working with emerging products and driving GTM strategies, you're just who we're looking for. Your projects will be yours to run, as long as they align with company objectives and brand guidelines.

Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)

What you'll do:

- Product messaging and positioning - Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our offering in the market

- Content - Craft compelling briefs, emails, and nurtures to set up and activate trial users and engage and monetize them to paying customers

- Sales enablement - Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, case studies, training, and collateral

- Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the competitors in the market

- Evangelism - Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for the offering

- Plans - Own launches, go to market strategy, sales enablement collateral and website

- Engage and influence customers, partners, analysts, thought leaders.

What we expect you to achieve in 90 days:

- You have developed a deep understanding of the product, market, the user and the positioning.

- Launched signup and lead nurture sequences and process around gathering insights.

- Handled a product launch and figured a process to streamline it in the future.

- Start being a voice amongst the industry influencers, and start building some rapport.

What you should've done in the past?

- 4-7 years of progressive experience across technology and/or marketing.

- An ability to understand tech and business software including buyer behavior and ideal user persona.

- Crafted compelling product stories that fit different channels, customer personas, and regions.

- Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including on-message product demo videos and succinct slide pitch-decks.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.

- Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
