PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT PLANNING
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion STAFFING
In consultation with the appropriate manager select staff with appropriate skills for the project activities
Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices (time sheet)
Establish clear ownership of the tasks and assign the same to relevant project members IMPLEMENTATION
Execute the project according to the project plan
Develop forms and records to document project activities
Set up repository to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured for corporate memory
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project COMMUNICATION
Prepare reports / presentation on the project for management
Publish periodic updates to management / relevant stakeholders
Take corrective action to address deviations in consultation with relevant stake holders IRDA / PARMC GOVERNANCE
Timely submission of approved products final documents to regulator and be responsible for product launch readiness
Timely Submission of Half yearly reports to Regulator
Timely Submission of ad hoc reports to Regulator as and when required
Tracking all PARMC approvals MISCELLANEOUS
Look for opportunities for automation
Lead quality projects and represent them in forums such as POY and Max Excellence Day

1. Build Pride in Products by delivering timely product solutions
- Develop and track to detailed project plan, including schedule, resources, communications, risk mitigation and issue resolution
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members & define clear ownership
- Prepare and deliver project report-outs to key stakeholders as necessary

2. Operational Excellence (IFTIS/NWS/Maxis)
- Creating and meeting all project milestones
- Developing project schedules, cross-functional deliverables, and detailed timelines
- Identifying and managing project priorities and dependencies
- Managing cross-functional teams
- Driving team accountability for deliverables
- Identifying and minimizing project risk

Desired qualification and experience
Graduate in any discipline, with 5 - 7 years (or more) of experience
Project management experience with knowledge of quality tools
Experience in IT and operations area would be an added advantage
Self motivated and ability to represent himself in front of senior management
