Experience : 5-8 years in a Life Insurance company with a Product team

Person is responsible for :

- Assistance in development of Product Strategy & Calendar and other strategic initiatives driven by the product team

- Conceptualization, Development, Filing, Launch and Management of Products

- Market Intelligence

- Guiding the implementation of product on systems; Product communication and support; Post Launch Sales Support and Performance Tracking

- Regulatory Submissions

- Handle Stakeholder Queries and Requirements

- Project management and adherence to product development processes

Skills :

- Problem solving ability, Analytical ability

- Communication skills (both written, verbal and basic use of social media)

- Ability to plan, organize and follow up

- Project management understanding and capability

Education : Post Graduation
