Manager - Product Implementation - Financial Domain - BPO/IT

We have an opening with one of our client which is the largest and top-ranked provider of high end research and analytics services to the world's leading commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, corporations, consulting firms, private equity firms and asset management firms.

Position : Manager - Product Implementation

Reporting To : Associate Director- IT

Location : Mumbai

Exp of working in Financial domain and cloud is must.

Required Capabilities & Experience :

- Conceptualize & create realistic project plans with cost, schedule and resource estimates.

- Track & manage overall project execution for multiple parallel projects; communicate project progress to various stakeholders.

- Pro-active in project Risk Management. Effective issue resolution (internal & external).

- Experience in building & implementing products in Financial / Banking Risk domain.

- Strong delivery background with focus on product and process quality. Effective management of project metrics like budget, cost, schedule, efforts, quality etc.

- Strong and pro-active in Client Communications. Builds confidence with the stakeholders.

- Ability to work with remote teams especially interfacing with multiple vendor team(s).

- Should have strong Java and J2EE knowledge and must be proficient in Oracle.

- Understands software / product configuration, build and release principles, and is able to work with multiple parallel releases of the software.

- He/ She should be a self-learner, able to work independently and manage tasks in hand.

- Participate in RFP responses, Pre-sales support to Business Development team.

- Sound understanding of various Software Development Life Cycles like Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall etc.

- Drives software development through best practices. Initiates process and product improvement opportunities.

Essential Qualification :

- MBA,B.E (IT), B.E., MCA, BCA,B Tech, B.Sc(Computers), M.Sc (Computers)

Experience : 9+ years

Skills :

Project Management Tool(s) like MS Project

Programming : Java / JEE

Web : HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, JQuery, JSP / JSF, JSON, Bootstrap

Frameworks : Struts, Spring, JPA / Hibernate, AngularJS

IDE Tools : Eclipse

Reporting : Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, SAIKU

Web servers : Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, IBM Websphere

Databases : Oracle, Sql Server, Database tuning and monitoring

Version Control: Subversion / SVN, Git

Processes : ISO, CMMI
