Job Description :
- Define and execute strategy for growing usage and adoption of Payments marketplace manifold across both existing customers and new customers of the Bank.
- Product Growth - Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to the product.
- Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive product & revenue growth.
- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Proposing new initiatives & partnerships to attract customers and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
- Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development, advertising etc.)
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels.
- Working closely across teams to share ideas, feedback and present results.
- Implement product adoption strategies basis product offering, customer profile, data analysis, customer feedback etc.
- Analyze customer funnels to understand drop points and recommend solutions.
- Experience with data analytics tools like - Google Analytics, Tableau, Webengage, Clevertap, Moengage, etc will be a plus.
- Planning and designing business cases for In-app commerce.
- Creating and maintaining of detailed Product documentation.
- Strong presentation skills required to executive leadership teams.
- Fluent in Communication & Tactful Negotiation Skills required.
