Job Summary :


- The Product Growth Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of Company's Trading Application. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, engineering, and data analytics, to develop and execute strategies that maximize user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

- The Product Growth manager analyzes user behavior, identifies growth opportunities, and implements data-driven initiatives to optimize the product's performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute growth strategies: Drive the growth of the product through effective user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.

- Conduct user research and analysis: Understand user behavior, needs, and preferences through qualitative and quantitative research methods. Analyze user data, conduct A/B testing, and identify growth opportunities.

- Define and track growth metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the success of growth initiatives. Regularly analyze metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and data analysts to align growth strategies with overall product goals.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

- Improve user retention and engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention, engagement, and customer loyalty. Drive initiatives such as personalized messaging, email campaigns, in-app notifications, and loyalty programs.

- Conduct competitive analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities to differentiate the product and drive growth.


- Monitor and optimize monetization: Collaborate with product and revenue teams to optimize pricing strategies, identify revenue streams, and increase customer lifetime value.


- Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously learn and stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in product growth and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.


- Minimum 4 years' experience in product management, growth marketing, or related roles Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.

- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management frameworks. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to advocate for user centric design.

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.


- Experience in mobile app growth and understanding of app store optimization (ASO) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify growth opportunities. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
