- Do everything it takes to ship awesome products & features on the new hotels platform.
- Work e2e for driving value to customers from identifying areas to focus on, understanding user needs, writing requirements, working with all teams to implement, analyse data post-launch and chalk out the strategic direction of the product.
- Leading new Product Development and Product Launch for Online Travel Agency/Meta Search for B2C & B2B domains through the implementation of effective product strategies.
- Develop strategy and road-map for next generation of mobile/web product which includes product ideation, feature rollouts, user onboarding, testing, and user feedback analysis.
- Managing external Tech and web-operation teams to develop highly competitive products with the great user experience. Managing complete order lifecycle, customer engagement, and optimizing conversion rate across the website.
- Optimizing key revenue drivers, metrics for the product, and ensuring improvement in P&L. Conducting user research, analyzing industry trends, competition to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze user grievance data and gaps in services to increase customer satisfaction. Improved operational systems, information flow, business process, and prioritized between customer experience and performance.
- Establishing and nurturing a relationship with external technology/product partners.
- Drive and Optimize the product vision supported by internal and external analysis.
- Ability to deep dive data and derive potential insights to drive decisions and directions and also understand API documentation
- Integrate usability studies, market analysis, CRM use-cases, and NPS related data into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and execute product specs for further execution.
- Define and analyse metrics that infers the success of products and features, from a marketplace model standpoint.
- Design and execute a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows working hand in hand with internal and external Product and Tech teams to deliver an excellent experience.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Building product features, driving product to market which includes working with marketing, sales, business development, finance teams, and managing product delivery.
- Work closely with all teams involved in building and shipping the product including design, engineering, QA, marketing, finance and Internal and external Tech teams.
