- Addressing the queries raised by the customers on the insurance policies bought by them. Giving sign-off on all product-related customer-facing

- Market benchmarking of different features provided by various insurance companies along with their premium comparison assistance to the Business, IT, Finance, and Operations teams for new product launches

- Handled Re-insurance compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements system setup and integration for a new product launch

- Development of product document and process manual for various stakeholders

- Coordinating with the marketing team for the development of marketing collaterals

- Regulatory reporting and management information system report preparation

- Monitor Portfolio and Suggest corrective measures

- Propose new Product To Draft Product documents as per the expectations of the Management, regulations laid by the Regulatory Authority and requirements of the target market

- Design and Develop Wellness and Chronic Management Health Insurance Products through Agile methodology

- Customer Segmentation and Gap analysis

- Benefit and Pricing Strategy with Market Benchmarking

- Feedback loop with Partners and Customers
