Manager - Product Development - Insurance

Responsible for creating Product life cycle journey for client/RM/partners. Achieving efficiency by adopting digitization, Focus on customer centric & RM centric process journey. Articulate the requirement with technology team (BRS) to get the process developed, ensuring UAT & production movement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design the process

- Ensuring process adoption & regular audit

- Articulation of process requirement with tech & Ops

- Identify Gaps in existing process by connecting with various stake holders & bring solution,

- UAT & Production movement

- Continuous effort to make process more efficient & achieving scale by adopting STP & digitization
