Product Development Manager

Note: Experience in Education Domain is mandatory.

- Be the single point of contact for customer facing teams (sales, service, implementation) and academic team to share feedback on the Schools Program.

- Responsible for defining and delivering on product development roadmap year on year

- Create and test product prototypes along with academic teams for learning impact and meeting product requirement.

- Hire, train and manage product development staff and vendors - graphic design, publishing, e-learning, film production

- Define Processes, Capabilities, Templates, Guidelines and Control Checklists for Scale Development

- Project Manage the product development process to ensure Optimum Workflow & Capacity Utilization and achieving assigned goals

- Ensure Documentation, records and archiving for development projects. Track timelines, budgets, calendars, resources

- Responsible for creating systems and processes to secure intellectual property

Candidate's Profile :

- Engineer and MBA from top institutes

- 4-6 years of experience in long and stable stints - project management, product management, product development

- Has experience in a content/learning products place

- Having experience with a quality-focused environment will be a plus

- Flair for design and aesthetics will be a must

- Generalist in outlook and experience

- Deadline oriented with track record

- Gets things done

- Self-motivated, high on ownership

- Detail orientated (seek and simplify/interpret for use)

- Courage (to identify, acknowledge, fix problems and learn from experience)
