Job Purpose : Develop products in a cost effective manner, promote corporate image in terms of security and trust and ensure market leadership for relevant product group.

Principal Accountabilities:

Strategic

- Ensure delivery of business targets, set in consultation with Head of products (grains like Rice, Wheat.

Process/ Operational

- Identify new products with potential to contribute to group.

- To implement and achieve annual product/ marketing plans.

- Manage quality and logistical aspects of product deliveries

Managerial

- Manage the product and marketing portfolio in products group.

- To bring in liquidity and maintain profitability levels in products group.

- Coordination and good working relationship with the value chain participants and business development team.

Education: Management degree in (Agri Business Management) from reputed institute

Skills:

- Familiarity with sales and relationship management techniques.

- In depth technical knowledge of agri commodity sector and services offered by the commodities industry.

- Ability to identify products, assess customer response and introduce services as per customer demand/needs.

- Understanding of business and its requirements

- Pro active and result oriented.
