What will you do?
- Manage 7-8 PDs and CDs.
- Decipher technicality and distil business decisions into clear design responses.
- Partner deeply with XFNs PM, Engineering, Research, Data Sci, ITSM leadership, and more.
- Champion design craft and continue raising the bar.

- Someone who has exposure with B2B products and hands-on skills to create and spar with design teams.

Exp: 5-6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of diverse designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Recruit and hire top talent to strengthen the team. Provide strategic direction and career development opportunities for team members.
- Design Strategy: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Research, Data Science, ITSM Leadership) to define and execute the product vision.
- Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive and user-centric designs. Drive the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Enterprise Focus: Champion the design of enterprise-grade experiences that meet the needs of large-scale organizations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, packaging, and licensing models. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Design Excellence: Set high standards for design quality and consistency. Encourage experimentation and innovation within the team.
- Promote a user-centered design approach, leveraging user research and data insights.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications: Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams of 5-10 members.
- Global Product Experience: Experience working on global products with diverse user bases.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with design tools and methodologies.
- B2B Product Expertise: Understanding of B2B product design principles and challenges.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and leadership abilities.
