Job Description

Design Sales aids (digital and physical) to build empathy of our products.

Create/ Ensure SOPs for demonstrations of all our Products to bring alive their propositions.

Build the test ride/Run SOP robustly and monitor the same to engage the customer and showcase the capabilities of the Product.

Lead the ground up experience management and act as a feeder to the management teams at Product strategy, Retail CRM and Sales Operations.

Desired Profile

Should have worked in market developmental jobs for which consumer engagement is required

Should be passionate about biking and ways of bringing the experience alive at retail for the customer

Preferred - MBA in marketing, with about 7-10 years of experience
