Job Role :

Please find the JD for Product Costing :

- Product costing process involves maintenance of accounting and costing views, calculation of prices for new and existing materials in purchasing, advertising, production and subcontracting and release of prices.

- During the transition period, actively involved in knowledge transfer, preparation of process documentations and OPEX (SIPOC, High level Process Map, Detailed Process Map etc.).

- Process involves creation of costing and accounting views, determination and adjustment of price and stock flow, update of future price field, costing run for new purchased articles, blocking of new, un calculated articles with no costing flags and material status Y1 etc.

- Ensuring integrity and accuracy of material master data (MMD), checking the correctness of articles in pre-checks and processing of SAP alert messages.

Key Skills :

- Leading the team indulge in Annual Planning

- Costing of various popular products.

- Compare actual expenses with budget and report the variances, if any.

- Reporting the expenses cost centers wise

- MIS reporting, Volume Reporting etc.

- Analysis and monthly review of Accruals.

- Recording Journal Entries and Validating

- Inventory reconciliation and take corrective action to resolve the variances.

- Reporting to various stakeholders including Plant Controllers about the performance of the plant.

- To keep a track of spending of Maintenance and Repair through weekly reporting.
