Manager - Product Compliance & Outreach

About:

- We are seeking a compliance-driven, personable Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist and outreach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience within technical compliance and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. The focus of the role is to Monitor the applicable laws, stay on top of the dynamic laws and regulations and suggest changes to the system as and when required and drive outreach projects.

Responsibilities:

- Advocate with relevant departments to ascertain current compliance levels. Especially ISI, CRO, BEE, WPC and Energy

- Provide training and education to team members regarding regulatory compliance.

- Outreach and Advocacy on any Sustainability

- Ensure that all team members are aware of the procedures to be followed to adhere to compliance requirements.

- Good experience QCO.

- Conduct regular audits in all required areas to ascertain compliance levels.

- Develop and implement compliance improvement plans where required.

- Make reports, where necessary, for management.

- Manage sustainability outreach Project on Energy and Circular Economy

- Assist Regulatory Authorities with completing site visits and external audits.

- Prepare for and conduct audits alongside external authorities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

- At least 8 years of hands-on experience within a compliance-focused role

- Demonstrated knowledge of the Regulatory Authority's policies, processes, and procedures

- Experience in auditing and recording information

- Excellent attention to detail and analysis abilities

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing own workload

- Well-developed delegation skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
