Responsibilities :
As a Product Communications Manager, of one of the leading EdTech Start-up in the country, you will be leading efforts to maximize ther user engagement and retention on the product.
- You will define how we communicate with our users - the tone, the language and whatever goes in between.
- Your prime responsibility will be to bring users back to the platform and keep them engaged when they are on the platform
- You will drive the engagement. You will coordinate with Product, Design and Marketing team to give shape to your ideas and bring them to life
- You will analyze, A/B Test and iterate communication and designs to achieve the best outcomes
- You will map user and their journeys to personalize and automate communication with users
You are an ideal candidate if you :
- Have great communication and writing skills
- Have proven the ability to Copywrite or writing in general
- Have an aptitude for marketing and branding
- Have good analytical skills
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines,
- Work independently
- Are technically sound, (ideally with an engineering background, preferably from top institutes)
